What we do not collect

It is worth starting here, because it covers most of what people assume a site like this does.

• We do not operate user accounts. There is nothing to sign up for and no login.
• We do not connect to your SMITE 2 account or any gaming platform account.
• We do not collect, store or process game statistics, match history or player profiles.
• We do not ask for or store names, postal addresses, phone numbers or payment details.
• We do not sell personal information. We have no personal information to sell.

What is collected

Information you send us

If you email us, we receive whatever you put in that email — typically your email address and the content of your message. We use it to respond to you and to fix whatever you reported. We keep correspondence only as long as it is useful for that purpose.

Technical information

Like virtually every website, our hosting infrastructure processes standard technical information when a page is requested: IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and the time of the request. This is used to serve the page, keep the site secure, and understand roughly how much traffic pages receive. It is not used to build a profile of you.

Advertising

This site shows advertising served by third parties, which is how it is funded. Those third parties may set and read cookies on your device and may process technical information about your visit in order to select and measure ads. That processing is carried out by the advertising provider under their own privacy policy, not by us — we do not receive the underlying data.

• The right to have inaccurate data corrected.
• The right to erasure, where the data is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for.

• The right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@smitetracker.com. Because we hold very little information, most requests can be answered quickly. We will not ask you for identity documents for a request we can handle without them.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information — realistically, by emailing us — contact us and we will delete it.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of the page will be updated and the change will be described rather than made silently. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
