Guides for 20 gods across 6 pantheons. Each covers what the kit is genuinely for, where it falls short, how to build it and why, and what beats it.

A stat tracker tells you that your rating moved by eleven points. It will not tell you why the amount varies, why your KDA is misleading you, or what makes one god's kit structurally stronger than another's. That gap is what this site is for — god guides, itemization reasoning, role fundamentals and ranked explainers, written to be argued with rather than taken on trust.

Each section is written to stand alone and cross-links to the others, so you can start wherever your current question is rather than reading in order.

Every guide lists the weaknesses as prominently as the strengths, because the weaknesses tell you which games a pick will not rescue — and that is usually the more useful half.
A map-wide support whose global ultimate turns any skirmish on the board into a numbers advantage.
Read the guideA jungler with a global ultimate and a deployable wall, threatening every lane from the moment he hits level 5.
Read the guideThe purest burst mage in the game — one combo deletes any non-tank, and her ultimate refreshes on a kill.
Read the guideA weapon-swapping solo laner who wins extended fights by shutting down basic-attack damage.
Read the guideThe most protective guardian in the game — his ultimate can undo a teammate's death outright.
Read the guideA late-game hypercarry with the best self-peel ultimate of any hunter and almost no early game to speak of.

The difference between a good and a bad player in any role is almost always a responsibility they are not meeting rather than a mechanic they cannot execute.
Frontline crowd control and team-wide aura items. Guardians win games by making other people's mistakes survivable, which is why their items buy protection for four other players rather than damage for themselves.
Magical burst and wave control from the centre lane. The mid laner has the shortest rotations on the map, so a mage's real job is deciding which side of the jungle their wave clear buys them time to influence.
Farm the neutral camps, convert map knowledge into ganks, and delete isolated targets before they can respond. The jungler is the only player who chooses which lane gets help, which makes it the highest-agency role in the game.
Durable one-versus-one specialists who hold a lane alone and convert that into a teamfight frontline. The solo lane is the most isolated position on the map, so warriors are built to survive without help.
Basic-attack damage that scales harder than anything else in the game, in exchange for the most fragile early game. A hunter's entire contribution is deferred — the job is surviving long enough to collect it.
SmiteTracker was originally built to be a stat tracker and is not one. Building a tracker requires data access we do not have — an official partnership or API access for live match and ranked data. Without it, the only way to fill a tracker-shaped site is to invent the numbers, and we are not willing to do that.
So the site became what it could honestly be. There are no fabricated win rates here, no invented leaderboards, and no profile pages containing made-up statistics about real players. Where a number would normally appear and we do not have one, we say so and publish the reasoning instead. That is a less impressive-looking product and a considerably more useful one.
If you want your actual statistics, the in-game client is the most accurate source for your own account, and several third-party trackers have genuine data access for looking up other players. We compare those honestly, including where they are better than us at things we do not do at all.
FAQ
SmiteTracker is an independent, community-run reference site for SMITE 2. We publish god guides, itemization explainers, role fundamentals and breakdowns of how the ranked system works, plus free calculators. We currently cover 20 gods, 10 core stats and 23 glossary terms.
No. Despite the name, this site does not track anything. We have no data partnership, no API access and no account connection, so we cannot show your statistics, look up another player, or publish a leaderboard. For your own figures use the in-game client; for looking up other players, use a tracker with official data access. We compare those options honestly.
Because we cannot measure them and are not willing to invent them. A fabricated percentage looks authoritative and is fiction, which makes it worse than no number at all. Where a statistic would normally appear, we publish the reasoning instead — which you can evaluate and argue with.
No. This is an independent fan-run site with no affiliation with, endorsement from, or commercial relationship to Hi-Rez Studios or Titan Forge Games. SMITE and SMITE 2 are their trademarks and are referenced here descriptively.
Yes. Every page is free to read and the site is funded by advertising. There is no subscription, no premium tier, no account and no paid product.
Pages are reviewed when a patch changes something they describe, and pages where currency matters carry a last-reviewed date. Our itemization content deliberately describes principles rather than per-patch numbers, precisely because numbers change every patch and the reasoning behind them does not.
