What we publish

This site covers the explanatory layer of SMITE 2 — the part that sits between raw data and actually playing better. A stat tracker can tell you that your rating moved by eleven points. It will not tell you why the amount varies between games, why your KDA is misleading you about your own performance, or what makes one god's kit structurally stronger than another's. That gap is what we write into.

The main sections

• God guides covering what each god does, when they are strong, how to build them and what beats them — with the reasoning, not just the conclusion.
• Itemization explainers covering what each stat actually does and how they interact, rather than a per-patch numbers table that would be stale within a fortnight.
• Role and lane fundamentals covering what each position is responsible for and how each characteristically fails.
• Ranked system breakdowns explaining SR, matchmaking rating, tiers and how to read your own progress without over-interpreting variance.
• Free calculators that work out KDA, win rate and related figures from numbers you enter yourself.
• A glossary of SMITE 2 terminology, cross-linked to the pages that use each term.

Why the name says 'Tracker'

The honest answer is that the site was originally built to be a stat tracker and is not one. Building a tracker requires data access we do not have — an official partnership or API access for live match and ranked data. Without it, the only way to fill a tracker-shaped site is to invent the numbers, and we are not willing to do that.

So the site became what it could honestly be: a reference and explanation resource. The domain stayed. We would rather be upfront about that than dress up fabricated statistics as a product, and every page that touches the subject says plainly that we do not track anything. If you want your actual statistics, we maintain an honest comparison of the tools that genuinely have data access.

How the site is funded

SmiteTracker is free to read and funded by advertising. We do not charge for access, we do not run a subscription, and we do not sell a product. There is no premium tier, and any page that previously suggested otherwise was describing something that did not exist.

• Advertising is served through third-party ad networks. Our cookie policy explains what that means for your data.
• We do not accept payment for favourable coverage. Where we compare tools, including tools that compete with us, the assessment is our own.
• We do not run affiliate links on comparison content, because an affiliate relationship and an honest comparison are difficult to hold simultaneously.
• We have no commercial relationship with Hi-Rez Studios, Titan Forge Games, or any tracking service we mention.

Who writes this and how to reach us

SmiteTracker is a small independent project, written and maintained by SMITE players rather than by a studio or a media company. Content is researched from the game itself, official patch notes and community knowledge, and is reviewed when patches change how something works. Our editorial policy sets out how we source material, how we handle uncertainty, and how we correct mistakes.

If something on this site is wrong, out of date, or unclear, we would rather know. Email hello@smitetracker.com and include the page URL and what you think is incorrect. Corrections are made openly rather than quietly — our editorial policy explains the process.
